I don’t know, but isn’t the voice calling service in Gmail supposed to only be working in the US? Well, it says so when reading about the service. But I just did it. I put $10 on my account with Google Check-out and I was ready to go. Called my own mobile phone and it worked like a charm. $0,18 per minute which isn’t (!) cheaper than using a land-line phone here in Sweden ($0,09 /min). So I guess that Google’s statement of being insanely cheap isn’t true. But hey, still cool I can call phones from Gmail. Me likez!
